The Department of Home Affairs has recently published the allocations for State and Territory Skilled visa Nominations for this financial year, which have been significantly decreased.
For example NSW received only 2,650 places for SC 190 visa, 6,458 less than number of slots in the last financial year.
The table below shows full allocations of nominations and difference in comparison with the previous FY.

Most of the states are now in the process of revising their Skilled occupations lists and Nomination criteria and some of them - like NT - are not accepting new applications at the moment.
At the same time, most states are continuing to liaise with the Department and advocate for increased allocation to meet their needs.
