NSW government published their criteria for SC 190 & 491 Nominations for this program year.
The applicants seeking nomination for SC 190 visa must have skills assessment in one of the occupations on the NSW skills list which includes occupation in health, engineering, IT, community work and trades sectors.
Hospitality occupations and Accountants are not included this year.
In addition, it is required that applicants reside in NSW or overseas for at least 6 months.
Nominations for SC 491 visas will be available under 3 Pathways, whereby Pathway 1 applicants who are currently living and working in regional NSW for at least 6Â months can nominate any occupation from the DHA Regional occupation list (ROL).
Pathway 2 requires invitation and an occupation on the NSW Regional skills list and Pathway 3 is for international graduates from regional universities.
